Students at every academic level are provided a range of resources and services at Smyrna Public Library.
Pre-Literacy Learning for Babies, Toddlers, and Preschoolers
- Story Times are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. Registration is required.
- Print collections for this age group include board books, picture books, beginning readers, book/CD kits.
- MakerBoxes are hands-on learning kits for in-library use. Please check them out at the Youth Services desk on the first floor.

Elementary Age Learners
- Special story times, craft programs, and special events are held every month to encourage reading and enhance learning.
- Print collections for this age group include audiobooks on CD, beginning readers, Bob Books, chapter book fiction, graphics, non-fiction, and biography.
- Digital collections include eBooks and eAudiobooks on the Hoopla Digital and Overdrive Libby apps.

- MyHeritage provides at-home genealogy research resources by using your Smyrna Library card to log in.

- Proctoring - schedule proctoring services at the Adult Services desk on the first floor. Fee is $10 per hour for cardholders.
- Interlibrary Loan - request to borrow materials from outside the Smyrna Library collection. Forms available at the Circulation and Adult Services desks.
